Terms of Service

Welcome to Arena Road Productions LLC. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

Arena Road Productions LLC agrees to provide film, video, and creative production services as described in the agreed-upon proposal or quote. Services may include pre-production, filming, live or event coverage, editing, post-production, and delivery in specified formats.

2. Timelines and Deliverables

While we strive to meet projected timelines, production schedules can be affected by weather, venue access, third-party approvals, and revisions. Specific creative outcomes or performance metrics (e.g., view counts) are not guaranteed.

3. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your specific service agreement. Failure to make payments may result in pausing work or withholding final deliverables as described in that agreement.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the contract. Upon termination, all outstanding balances must be cleared according to the agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, finished deliverables are licensed or assigned as stated in your contract. Underlying methods, workflows, and reusable tools remain the intellectual property of Arena Road Productions LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
